In 2014, during the Brazilian presidential elections campaign, Salvatore acquired, on a weekly basis, a series of political magazines.
He replaced the covers and back-covers, rewrote all their texts, both news and publicity, unformatted on white pages, with none of the images published.
Salvatore then put the magazines back in circulation in the stands where they were purchased.
In 2015, during the exhibition Fragment
that lasted one month, on a weekly basis, Salvatore replaced in the windows of the iconic Piauí newsstand in Rio de Janeiro with the manipulated magazines (Opinião 15).
